Deep cleaning is what you book when routine cleaning has stopped making a visible difference. We work top down through the whole property and reset every surface, including the ones a daily clean never touches.

A steady crew who learn your home rather than a different face every week. We handle weekly and fortnightly apartment cleaning across Malé and Hulhumalé, plus one-off cleans when you need the place reset.

Contract cleaning built around your opening hours rather than ours. Fixed crew, fixed scope, a named supervisor, and a monthly walk-through so standards do not quietly drift.

Post-construction cleaning
Handover cleaning for finished builds and fit-outs. Construction dust settles for days after the trades leave, so we work in passes rather than one sweep, and the final pass happens right before you hand over the keys.

Sofa, carpet and mattress cleaning
Fabric holds humidity, and in the Maldives that means odour and mildew long before the fabric itself wears out. We use hot water extraction with controlled moisture so pieces dry in hours, not days.

Water tank cleaning and disinfection
Storage tanks across Malé and Hulhumalé collect sediment and biofilm quietly, and the first sign is usually taste or a smell at the tap. We drain, scrub, disinfect and refill, then leave a dated record for the building file.

AC and duct cleaning
A unit that smells musty or has stopped cooling properly is usually not broken, it is loaded. We clean coils, blower wheels, drain lines and accessible duct so the system moves air the way it was specified to.
